Researchers will compare 600 PD patients and 100 MSA patients to evaluate differences in clinical features, biomarkers, imaging, and prognosis.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Provide informed consent and complete baseline demographic and medical history collection.\n* Undergo standardized clinical evaluations, including motor and non-motor symptom scales, cognitive and quality-of-life assessments.\n* Provide biological samples (blood, saliva, optional CSF).\n* Receive brain imaging (MRI, optional PET\u002FSPECT) and electrophysiological recordings (EEG, fNIRS).\n* Participate in longitudinal follow-up visits every 6 months for repeat assessments.\n\nThis study will create a sustainable, multicenter, and sharable cohort platform to support early identification, personalized intervention, and therapeutic development for neurodegenerative diseases",[64,65],"Parkinson's Disease (PD)","Multiple System Atrophy",[67,68,69,70],"observational cohort study","multimodal data","subtyping","long-term monitoring","2026-03-03",{"date":73,"type":74},"2026-03-05","ACTUAL",{"date":76,"type":74},"2025-04-01",{"date":78,"type":59},"2026-12-31",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
