Following partial extraction therapy, implants will be placed immediately, and the jumping gap will be filled using a combination of concentrated growth factors (CGF) and xenograft prepared as \"sticky bone.\" Clinical and radiographic follow-up will be conducted over a 6-month period to evaluate crestal bone levels and implant stability.",[13],"Procedure: Socket Shield Technique with Immediate Implant Placement and CGF + Xenograft",[15],{"type":16,"name":17,"description":18,"armGroupLabels":19,"otherNames":20},"PROCEDURE","Socket Shield Technique with Immediate Implant Placement and CGF + Xenograft","The procedure involves partial extraction therapy using the socket shield technique, where the buccal portion of the root is preserved to maintain the alveolar bone. Immediate implant placement is performed into the extraction socket. Concentrated growth factors (CGF) are prepared from the patient's autologous blood via centrifugation and combined with xenograft to form a \"sticky bone\" graft. This graft is placed in the jumping gap between the implant and socket wall to enhance bone regeneration and healing. Implant stability will be measured using resonance frequency analysis (Osstell), and radiographic evaluation will be performed using CBCT.",[9],null,[22,25],{"name":23,"affiliation":5,"role":24},"Tarek I.A El-Ghareeb, PHD Holder","STUDY_CHAIR",{"name":26,"affiliation":5,"role":27},"Abdelmoez Mohamed EL-Sharkawy, Associate professor","STUDY_DIRECTOR",[29],{"name":30,"role":31,"phone":32,"phoneExt":32,"email":33},"Huda Ayman Alrifai, bachelors","CONTACT","+201111373439","hoda.elrefai@dentistry.cu.edu.eg",[35],{"facility":36,"status":20,"city":37,"state":38,"zip":39,"country":40,"countryCode":41,"cosmosGeoPoint":42,"geoPoint":47,"contacts":20},"Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University","Cairo","Cairo Governorate","11553","Egypt","EG",{"type":43,"coordinates":44},"Point",[45,46],31.24967,30.06263,{"lat":46,"lon":45},{"type":49,"investigatorFullName":50,"investigatorTitle":51,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":20,"oldOrganization":20},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Huda Ayman Alrifai","Principal Investigator","100632963","socket-shield-technique-with-cgf-and-xenograft-for-immediate-implants-100632963",false,"NCT07520513","Socket Shield Technique With CGF and Xenograft for Immediate Implants","Clinical and Radiographic Evaluation of Bone Grafting Using Concentrated Growth Factors and Xenograft With Simultaneous Immediate Implant Placement in Socket Shield Technique","CGF","Inclusion criteria:\n\n* Age ≥18 years old.
