Additional criteria PLWH\n* HIV-1 lab test positive\n* undetectable viral load\n* good ART adherence\n\nAdditional criteria by group:\n\nPLWH +CM:\n\n* CB positive urine toxicology\n* meet DSM-5 criteria for CUD and MDD as assessed using SCID-I.
