Stroke Patients:\n\n   * Diagnosed with stroke according to WHO criteria (≥20% disability rate documented in Adult Disability Health Board Report)\n   * Having a family member or relative who provides care\n   * First-ever and unilateral stroke\n   * Willing to participate voluntarily\n   * Aged between 18-75 years\n   * Post-stroke duration longer than 3 months\n   * Stable vital signs\n   * Scoring ≥24 on the Standardized Mini-Mental State Examination (SMMT) or the -Modified Mini-Mental State Examination for Illiterate Individuals (MMSE-E)\n   * Able to understand and speak Turkish\n2. Caregivers of Stroke Patients:\n\n   * Willing to participate in the study\n   * Living with the patient for at least 1 year\n   * Being the primary (main responsible) caregiver and not receiving paid professional caregiving services\n   * Aged 18 years or older\n   * Scoring ≥24 on the Standardized Mini-Mental State Examination (SMMT) or MMSE-E\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Stroke Patients:\n\n   * Presence of severe comorbid conditions\n   * Unwillingness to participate\n   * History of multiple strokes\n   * Bilateral hemiplegia\n   * Presence of major neurological, orthopedic, or rheumatologic disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system other than stroke\n   * Congenital anomalies or amputation causing disability\n   * Uncontrolled arrhythmia, uncontrolled hypertension, or unstable cardiac conditions\n   * Botulinum toxin injection within the last 6 months\n   * Inability to establish cooperation\n   * Presence of neglect, aphasia, or hemianopsia\n2.
