Beyond teleoperation, the TaloStone T1000 RIRS system integrates advanced AI perception models and decision-making algorithms to enable the autonomous execution of critical tasks within the RIRS workflow. The AI-based vision models coupled with sensors in the fURS allow real-time scene understanding, depth perception, stone size estimation, pressure and temperature feedback, and object tracking - thus establishing a robust foundation for higher level of surgical autonomy. Under supervision by the surgeon, the TaloStone T1000 RIRS system can perform supervised navigation into the collecting system, actively track a target stone, dynamically target the laser fibre tip towards a stone, plan the laser fragmentation route, and perform scope withdrawal for stone suction with re-entry.",[9],null,[22,27],{"name":23,"role":24,"phone":25,"phoneExt":20,"email":26},"Alex Qinyang Liu, MBBS, MSc, FRCSEd","CONTACT","852+35052625","alexliu@surgery.cuhk.edu.hk",{"name":28,"role":24,"phone":25,"phoneExt":20,"email":29},"Chi Fai Ng, MBChB, MD, FRCSEd","ngcf@surgery.cuhk.edu.hk",[31],{"facility":32,"status":33,"city":34,"state":20,"zip":35,"country":34,"countryCode":36,"cosmosGeoPoint":37,"geoPoint":42,"contacts":43},"Prince of Wales Hospital","RECRUITING","Hong Kong","999077","HK",{"type":38,"coordinates":39},"Point",[40,41],114.17469,22.27832,{"lat":41,"lon":40},[44,45,46],{"name":23,"role":24,"phone":25,"phoneExt":20,"email":26},{"name":28,"role":24,"phone":25,"phoneExt":20,"email":29},{"name":47,"role":48,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},"Steffi Kar Kei Yuen, MBBS, FRCSEd","SUB_INVESTIGATOR",{"type":50,"investigatorFullName":51,"investigatorTitle":52,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":20,"oldOrganization":20},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","NG Chi Fai","Professor","100624573","supervised-endoscopic-tele-controlled-intelligent-lithotripsy-100624573",false,"NCT07411391","Supervised Endoscopic Tele-controlled Intelligent Lithotripsy","A Feasibility Trial of a Novel Robotic System for Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery","SENTINEL-1","Inclusion criteria\n\n1.
