Age\n\n   * Adults aged ≥18 years residing in Diwaniyah.\n2. Residence o Living in Diwaniyah communities for at least 6 academic months prior to the study.\n3. Access to Primary Health Centers (PHCs)\n\n   * Attending in selected primary health centers where the SURA'A campaign will be implemented.\n4. Cognitive ability\n\n   o Able to understand and answer the survey questions in Arabic.\n5. Consent o Willing to provide informed consent to participate in pre- and post- awareness intervention assessments.\n\nAvailability for follow-up\n\no Agree to participate in both baseline (pre-campaign) and follow-up (post-campaign) assessments.\n\nExclusion Criteria\n\nParticipants will be excluded if they:\n\n1. Have a previous confirmed diagnosis of stroke (to avoid bias in baseline awareness).\n2. Severe cognitive impairment\n\n   * Have diagnosed dementia, severe mental illness, or cognitive impairment that prevents reliable responses.\n3. Communication barriers\n\n   o Cannot communicate in Arabic or has severe hearing\u002Fspeech impairment that prevents participation.\n4.
