This intervention includes both didactic lectures led by gynecology-trained physicians. The curriculum covers preoperative evaluation, perioperative complication prevention, gynecologic anatomy, surgical techniques, gynecologic emergencies, operative decision-making, postoperative care, and OR tasks and procedures.
