Age 20-35 years old\n2. Singleton, cephalic position, full-term primipara;\n3. Cephalopelvic disproportion;\n4. Expected fetal weight\\\u003C 4000g;\n5. Intended vaginal delivery in our hospital;\n6. Voluntary participation of study subjects.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Pelvic floor organ prolapse beyond the hymen limbus;\n2. Combined with uncontrolled medical diseases and asthma, allergic rhinitis and constipation before pregnancy;\n3.
