The Golgi tendon organ is the proprioceptors located in the tendon adjacent to the myotendinous junction. It is applied using two separate heads, the stimulator and the algometer. The sternocleidomastoideus, platysma, colli longus, capitis longus, scalene, rhomboid major and minor, levator scapulae and trapezius muscles and their tendons will be vibrated with a stimulator for 30 seconds, then 0.5 kilograms of pressure will be applied with an algometer from the origin to the insertion of the muscle in the region at 0.5 centimetre intervals at an angle of 90 degrees.",[9],null,[22],{"name":23,"affiliation":24,"role":25},"hasan aslan","AS Physiotherapy Services centre","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[27,31],{"name":23,"role":28,"phone":29,"phoneExt":20,"email":30},"CONTACT","+905538073527","asfizyoterapi@gmail.com",{"name":32,"role":28,"phone":33,"phoneExt":20,"email":34},"mehmet aslan","+905521873527","sharisin.aslan@gmail.com",[36],{"facility":24,"status":37,"city":38,"state":20,"zip":39,"country":40,"countryCode":20,"cosmosGeoPoint":41,"geoPoint":46,"contacts":47},"RECRUITING","Istanbul","34000","Turkey (Türkiye)",{"type":42,"coordinates":43},"Point",[44,45],28.94966,41.01384,{"lat":45,"lon":44},[48],{"name":49,"role":28,"phone":29,"phoneExt":20,"email":30},"hasan aslan, Msc",{"type":25,"investigatorFullName":51,"investigatorTitle":52,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":20,"oldOrganization":20},"Hasan Aslan","Principal Investigator","100556532","the-effect-of-tendon-release-techniques-in-patients-with-cervical-disc-herniation-100556532",false,"NCT06526325","The Effect of Tendon Release Techniques in Patients With Cervical Disc Herniation","The Effect of Improved Golgi Tendon Organ Stimulation From Tendon Relaxation Techniques on Pain, Range of Motion, Functionality, Endurance and Quality of Life in Patients With Cervical Disc Herniation","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Being diagnosed with cervical disc herniation\n* Volunteering for the research\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Chronic bone disease\n* Have had surgery for a cervical disc herniation\n* Have a structural abnormality","ALL","18 Years","65 Years",{"count":64,"type":65},51,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[68],"NA","The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate the effect of using enhanced golgi tendon organ stimulation on symptoms in patients with cervical disc herniation.
