The main question it aims to answer is:\n\nIn patients with age-related cataracts undergoing phacoemulsification, does the location (supracapsular, iris-lens diaphragm, or endocapsular) of the phaco tip affect postoperative corneal changes and visual acuity at early postoperative stage?
