The Sleep Course has been slightly adapted for PSP by including relevant statistics and literature pertaining to sleep disturbance in PSP. The Sleep Course has four lessons and includes optional therapist support for up to 8 - 12 weeks. Clients who request support will be contacted by their therapist by secure emails on their designated check-in dates. The therapist also reviews client progress in the course and emails clients on a designated check in date. Sometimes the therapist will call the client. Phone calls are typically made if a client is not logging in or if the therapist feels that a phone call would be a helpful way to provide support.",[9],null,[22],{"name":23,"affiliation":5,"role":24},"Heather D Hadjistavropoulos, PhD","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[26],{"name":23,"role":27,"phone":28,"phoneExt":20,"email":29},"CONTACT","306-585-5133","heather.hadjistavropoulos@uregina.ca",[31],{"facility":5,"status":32,"city":33,"state":34,"zip":35,"country":36,"countryCode":37,"cosmosGeoPoint":38,"geoPoint":43,"contacts":44},"RECRUITING","Regina","Saskatchewan","S4S 0A2","Canada","CA",{"type":39,"coordinates":40},"Point",[41,42],-104.6178,50.45008,{"lat":42,"lon":41},[45,46],{"name":23,"role":27,"phone":20,"phoneExt":28,"email":29},{"name":23,"role":24,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},{"type":48,"investigatorFullName":20,"investigatorTitle":20,"investigatorAffiliation":20,"oldNameTitle":20,"oldOrganization":20},"SPONSOR",[50],{"name":51,"class":52},"Government of Canada","OTHER_GOV","100594571","the-public-safety-personnel-psp-sleep-course-an-online-sleep-intervention-for-psp-100594571",false,"NCT07021183","The Public Safety Personnel (PSP) Sleep Course: An Online Sleep Intervention for PSP.","Uptake, Acceptability, and Effectiveness of Internet-Delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Public Safety Personnel With Self-Reported Sleep Difficulties","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* 18 years of age or older\n* Current or former paid or volunteer PSP\n* Living in a province in Canada where PSPNET offers the Sleep Couse for the treatment period\n* Willingness to learn information and skills to self-manage sleep difficulties\n* Have internet access\n* Consent to Sleep Course, online therapy as provided by PSPNET, and associated research\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Current severe medical or psychiatric disorder (e.g. current and recent mania or psychosis, recent hospitalization for mental health concerns, actively suicidal, medical condition client thinks will interfere with treatment, severe substance use)\n* Unable to read and understand English.
