Demographic information will be recorded and evaluated. Thoracolumbar fascia thickness will be assessed for individuals in both groups using ultrasonography, trunk flexibility using the Sit-and-Reach test, trunk function using the Trunk Impairment Scale, balance using the Functional Reach Test and the Timed Up and Go test, and functional independence using the Functional Independence Scale.",[66],"Stroke","2026-03-22",{"date":69,"type":70},"2026-03-24","ACTUAL",{"date":72,"type":70},"2025-08-01",{"date":74,"type":61},"2026-05",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
