Does AI-assisted ECG interpretation enable more timely identification and treatment of OMI, as defined by earlier initiation of coronary intervention?\n2. Does AI-assisted diagnosis reduce infarct size, measured by peak high-sensitivity troponin T (hsTnT) levels?\n\nResearchers will compare AI-assisted ECG interpretation to standard care to determine if the AI tool improves clinical outcomes and care timelines.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n1. Present with symptoms suggestive of ACS but without clear STEMI criteria\n2. Be randomized 1:1 to either AI-assisted or standard ECG interpretation\n3. Undergo follow-up assessments for cardiovascular outcomes, including 30-day death, time to treatment of total coronary occlusion, and peak hsTnT levels",[75,76],"Myocardial Infarction (MI)","Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)",[78,79,80],"Occlusion Myocardial Infarction","Electrocardiogram","Artificial Intelligence","2026-04-29",{"date":83,"type":84},"2026-05-05","ACTUAL",{"date":86,"type":84},"2025-08-23",{"date":88,"type":69},"2027-09",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
