Non malignant pathologies including fibroids, endometrial hyperplasia, Dysfunctional Uterine bleeding not responding to medical treatment.\n\nGood general condition of the patient ( American society of Anesthesiologists \"ASA\" score 1 , 2 , 3 ( Horvath et al ,. 2021) .\n\nUterine size is less than 20 weeks by fundal level . -\n\nExclusion Criteria:Age of the patient is less than 35 y . Gynecological malignancies . Contraindications for laparoscopy as any medical condition worsens by peumo peritoneum or Trendelenburg position as severely compromised cardiopulmonary status .\n\nPatients with American society of Anesthesiologists score 4 or more .
