The surgeon placed a mandibular reference frame in the anterior mandibular region, and used the navigation probe to accurately locate the difficult areas such as the anterior part of the capsule cavity, the apical part of the tooth root and the ascending branch of the mandible under the guidance of navigation. After accurate positioning was obtained, the navigation adapter was loaded onto the endoscope to locate the lesions in all directions and the inferior alveolar nerve under visual conditions, and further precisely curettage the lesions in the cystic cavity with the assistance of the adapter.",[13],"Procedure: Navigation and endoscopy",[15],{"type":16,"name":17,"description":18,"armGroupLabels":19,"otherNames":20},"PROCEDURE","Navigation and endoscopy","The model was reconstructed using patient CT data, and intraoperative surgery was performed using endoscopy and navigation.",[9],null,[22],{"name":23,"affiliation":5,"role":24},"Yan Wang","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[26,31],{"name":23,"role":27,"phone":28,"phoneExt":29,"email":30},"CONTACT","13825119105","86","wangy573@mail.sysu.edu.cn",{"name":32,"role":27,"phone":33,"phoneExt":29,"email":34},"YILIN HE","13680281880","839506041@qq.com",[36],{"facility":37,"status":38,"city":39,"state":40,"zip":41,"country":42,"countryCode":43,"cosmosGeoPoint":44,"geoPoint":49,"contacts":50},"WangYan","RECRUITING","Guangzhou","Guangdong","510000","China","CN",{"type":45,"coordinates":46},"Point",[47,48],113.25,23.11667,{"lat":48,"lon":47},[51,52],{"name":23,"role":27,"phone":28,"phoneExt":29,"email":30},{"name":32,"role":27,"phone":33,"phoneExt":29,"email":34},{"type":54,"investigatorFullName":20,"investigatorTitle":20,"investigatorAffiliation":20,"oldNameTitle":20,"oldOrganization":20},"SPONSOR","100559699","treatment-of-mandibular-bone-cyst-by-navigation-and-endoscopy-100559699",false,"NCT06567535","Treatment of Mandibular Bone Cyst by Navigation and Endoscopy","A Single-arm, Single-center Clinical Study of Endoscopic Combined With Intraoperative Navigation-assisted Treatment of Giant Mandibular Cysts","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1. In this study, the investigators compared the efficacy of traditional extraction and curettage with endoscopic navigation assistance in the treatment of giant mandibular bone cysts. In this study, the rate of inferior alveolar nerve injury 1 month after surgery was taken as the main outcome index, and the recurrence rate 1 year after surgery was taken as the secondary outcome index, to explore whether endoscopic combined with intraoperative navigation-assisted treatment of giant mandibular bone cyst could achieve lower postoperative nerve injury rate and postoperative recurrence rate.",[74],"Jaw Cysts","2024-08-20",{"date":77,"type":78},"2024-08-22","ACTUAL",{"date":75,"type":68},{"date":81,"type":68},"2026-12-30",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
