Patient who will give verbal \\& written will informed consent.\n2. Pregnant women between 18 and 40 years old of age\n3. Singleton pregnancy\n4. Gestational age will be confirmed by first trimester ultrasound scan (\\\u003C14 weeks).\n5. Gestational age between 24 and 34 weeks .\n6. Threatened preterm labor which is defined as:\n\nPresence of at least one uterine contraction every 10 minutes lasting ≥30 seconds . Cervical dilatation ≤3 cm . Cervical effacement \\\u003C80%.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nObstetric:\n\n1. Ruptured membranes\n2. Clinical evidence of Chorioamnionitis.\n3. Fetal compromise on evaluation.\n4. Severe obstetric complications (e.g., severe Preeclampsia, Eclampsia).\n5. Diagnosed intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR).\n6. Congenital fetal anomalies.\n7. Multiple pregnancies.\n8. Prior cervical surgery (e.g., cone biopsy, cerclage).\n\nNon-Obstetric:\n\n1. Significant maternal medical disorders (e.g., chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, liver dysfunction).\n2. Severe non-obstetric complications (e.g., acute abdomen).",true,"FEMALE","18 Years","40 Years",{"count":56,"type":57},47,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the role of uterine artery doppler indices and uterocervical angle measurement in prediction of preterm labor .The main question it aims to answer is:\n\nDoes combination of both uterine artery doppler indices and uterocervical angle measurement increase sensitivity and specificity for prediction of established preterm labor ?
