The child was seated in a chair with the forearms resting on the table. In the mid-sagittal plane, the mirror box was positioned at an angle of 70° to 80° to the trunk. The affected limb was placed behind the mirror. The child was asked to perform the exercises bilaterally and symmetrically as much as possible. Even if the affected side did not move easily or fully, the child was advised to synchronize the motions with both hands and arms. The researcher constantly reminded the child to concentrate on the movement of the non-affected limb in front of the mirror, which helped to increase the mirror illusion",[15],{"type":6,"name":36,"description":37,"armGroupLabels":38,"otherNames":30},"virtual reality with mirror therapy","group C will receive combined effect of both techniques (virtual reality and mirror therapy)",[20],[40,44,48],{"name":41,"affiliation":42,"role":43},"Mohamed B Ibrahim, Ass.Prof.","head of pediatric department in faculty of physical therapy Kafrelshiekh university","STUDY_CHAIR",{"name":45,"affiliation":46,"role":47},"Osama A El-Agamy, Professor","Professor and head of department of pediatric department Faculty of medicine Kafrelshiekh university","STUDY_DIRECTOR",{"name":49,"affiliation":50,"role":47},"Sara Y Abdel Elglil, Lecturer","Lecturer in pediatric department in faculty of physical therapy Kafrelshiekh University",[52],{"name":53,"role":54,"phone":55,"phoneExt":30,"email":56},"Khalid E Mohamed, Demonstrator","CONTACT","+201120190879","khalid.esmail@acu.edu.eg",[58],{"facility":59,"status":30,"city":60,"state":30,"zip":30,"country":61,"countryCode":62,"cosmosGeoPoint":63,"geoPoint":68,"contacts":69},"faculty of physical therapy Kafrelshiekh university","Kafr ash Shaykh","Egypt","EG",{"type":64,"coordinates":65},"Point",[66,67],30.93991,31.11174,{"lat":67,"lon":66},[70],{"name":71,"role":54,"phone":55,"phoneExt":30,"email":56},"khalid E mohamed, demonstrator",{"type":73,"investigatorFullName":74,"investigatorTitle":75,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":30,"oldOrganization":30},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Khalid Esmail Mohamed Mohamed","Effect Of Virtual Reality with Mirror Therapy on Upper Limb Functions in Children with Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy","100572069","virtual-reality-with-mirror-therapy-on-upper-limb-function-100572069",false,"NCT06728475","Virtual Reality With Mirror Therapy on Upper Limb Function","Effect Of Virtual Reality With Mirror Therapy on Upper Limb Functions in Children With Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Children will be included in the study if they fulfil the following criteria:\n\n 1.
