All surgeries will be performed by the same surgical team following standardized operative protocols.\n\nPrimary outcomes include wound-related complications such as prolonged wound drainage, wound dehiscence, surgical site infection, and local inflammatory findings within 90 days postoperatively. Secondary outcomes include operative time, bleeding amount, cosmetic outcomes, and functional scores.\n\nThe results of this study are expected to help determine the most effective and safe wound closure method in lower extremity arthroplasty.",[74,75],"Osteoarthritis, Knee","Osteoarthritis, Hip",[77,78,79,80,81,82,83],"Total Knee Arthroplasty","Total Hip Arthroplasty","Wound Closure","Barbed Suture","Surgical Site Infection","Wound Healing","Arthroplasty","2026-02-26",{"date":86,"type":87},"2026-03-02","ACTUAL",{"date":89,"type":87},"2025-11-01",{"date":91,"type":68},"2026-08",{"name":55,"class":6},1]
