The traditional Minangkabau foods used in this study consist primarily of coconut milk-based dishes, which contain coconut oil as a natural source of MCTs. The metabolic biomarkers assessed include body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, body fat percentage, fasting blood glucose levels, lipid profile, leptin concentrations, and DNA methylation of the leptin gene promoter. Based on these metabolic biomarker measurements, participants will be classified into metabolic obesity phenotypes, namely metabolically healthy obesity (MHO) and metabolically unhealthy obesity (MUHO). The researchers hypothesize that the provision of a low-calorie, MCT-rich diet based on traditional Minangkabau foods will have a significant effect on metabolic biomarkers and metabolic status in individuals with obesity.",[27,28,29,30,31],"Metabolically Unhealty Obese","Dyslipidemia","Diabetes (DM)","Resistance, Insulin","Obesity",[33,34,35,36,37],"Low-calorie diet rich in medium-chain triglycerides","Traditional Minangkabau foods","Coconut oil","Metabolic biomarkers","Anthropometric parameters","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-08",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-04-13","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":21},"2026-04",{"date":46,"type":21},"2026-07",{"name":48,"class":49},"Andalas University","OTHER",1,{"id":52,"slug":53,"hasResults":11,"nctId":54,"briefTitle":55,"officialTitle":55,"acronym":56,"eligibilityCriteria":57,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":58,"minAge":59,"maxAge":60,"enrollmentInfo":61,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":63,"briefSummary":64,"conditions":65,"keywords":68,"overallStatus":75,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":76,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":77,"startDateStruct":79,"completionDateStruct":81,"leadSponsor":83,"locationsCount":50},"100604509","the-effects-of-platelet-rich-plasma-adjuvant-to-type-iiii-collagen-ratio-matrix-metalloproteinase-2-and-matrix-metalloproteinase-9-in-pelvic-organ-prolapse-repair-100604509","NCT07150442","The Effects of Platelet Rich Plasma Adjuvant to Type I\u002FIII Collagen Ratio, Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 and Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 in Pelvic Organ Prolapse Repair","POP PRP MMP","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
