After this type of surgery, many patients experience pain, fear of movement (kinesiophobia), balance problems, and an increased risk of falling.\n\nIn this study, patients will receive music listening and EFT as supportive, non-drug interventions during the postoperative period. The goal is to determine whether these simple and safe methods can reduce pain, decrease fear of movement, and lower fall risk, ultimately improving recovery.\n\nThe findings of this study may help healthcare professionals, especially nurses, provide more holistic and patient-centered care after knee surgery.",[28,29,30,31],"Knee Surgery","Kinesiophobia (Fear of Movement)","Postoperative Pain","Arthroscopic Surgery",[33,34,35,36,37,38],"Emotional Freedom Techniques","knee surgery","arthroscopy","listening to music","kinesiophobia","postoperative pain","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-10",{"date":42,"type":43},"2026-04-15","ACTUAL",{"date":45,"type":22},"2026-03-30",{"date":47,"type":22},"2027-01-28",{"name":49,"class":50},"Arzum ÇELİK BEKLEVİÇ","OTHER",""]
