Both techniques are routinely performed to reduce pain during and after shoulder surgery. The purpose of this study is to determine which method provides better postoperative pain control, reduces the need for pain medication, and causes fewer side effects such as diaphragmatic dysfunction. Participants will receive one of the two nerve block techniques before surgery, and their pain scores, opioid consumption, and respiratory effects will be monitored during the first 24 hours after the operation.",[28,29,30],"Shoulder Pain","Artroscopic Surgery","Postoperative Pain",[32,33,34,35,30],"Interscalene Block","Suprascapular Nerve Block","Regional Anesthesia","Artroscopic Shoulder Surgery","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-02-25",{"date":39,"type":40},"2026-03-03","ACTUAL",{"date":42,"type":22},"2026-03-01",{"date":44,"type":22},"2026-12-30",{"name":46,"class":47},"Asuman Ocaklar","OTHER",""]
