The study will be conducted with children aged 6-9 years who are scheduled for elective surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to either an intervention group receiving the drama-based coloring storybook or a control group receiving routine preoperative care. Levels of fear, anxiety, and pain will be assessed using validated measurement tools at predefined perioperative time points. The findings are expected to contribute to evidence-based, child-centered perioperative care practices.",[26,27,28],"Preoperative Anxiety","PAİN","Fear",[30,31,32,33,34],"Drama","Storybook","Pediatric","Pain","Anxiety","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-02-12",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-02-17","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":20},"2026-02-01",{"date":43,"type":20},"2026-12-15",{"name":45,"class":46},"Bingol University","OTHER",{"id":48,"slug":49,"hasResults":11,"nctId":50,"briefTitle":51,"officialTitle":52,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":53,"healthyVolunteers":54,"sex":55,"minAge":56,"maxAge":57,"enrollmentInfo":58,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":60,"briefSummary":61,"conditions":62,"keywords":67,"overallStatus":35,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":74,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":75,"startDateStruct":77,"completionDateStruct":79,"leadSponsor":81,"locationsCount":82},"100600652","the-effect-of-video-supported-online-preoperative-education-on-fear-anxiety-sleep-and-stress-100600652","NCT07100275","The Effect of Video-Supported Online Preoperative Education on Fear, Anxiety, Sleep, and Stress","The Effect of Video-Supported Online Preoperative Education on Fear, Anxiety, Sleep, and Stress in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy: A Randomised Controlled Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients over the age of 18,\n* Those who can speak and write Turkish (education level primary school and above),\n* Those who have undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery for the first time,\n* Those who are not receiving psychiatric treatment or taking medication,\n* Those who do not have a chronic disease,\n* Those who are not taking cortisone-type medication,\n* Those who have a smartphone and know how to use it,\n* Patients whose anesthesia evaluation was performed 1-3 days before the surgery,\n* Patients who volunteer to participate in the study will be included in the study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Those whose surgery is canceled for any reason.\n* Those who want to leave the study at any stage after volunteering to participate in the study.",true,"ALL","18 Years","65 Years",{"count":59,"type":20},128,[23],"Gallbladder stone disease is among the most common digestive system problems worldwide. The global incidence of gallstones is estimated to be 10-20%. In Europe, this rate is approximately 20%. In Turkey, the incidence of gallstones is accepted as 6% and it is estimated that an average of 4 million people have gallstones. ). Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the most commonly used minimally invasive technique in the surgical treatment of gallbladder diseases. Although this is a technique, it also has many complications. Although drains placed after surgery are protective and therapeutic, they may cause some complications. Due to all these reasons, there are disadvantages such as lack of training and incomplete information given to the patient before surgery, and the patient not knowing what to do in physiological and psychological preparation before surgery. This training and information seems to be important in post-operative recovery and shortening the hospital period. Pre-surgical virtual training enables early detection of changes in the patient's vital signs, early intervention, and reduction of the number of home visits.",[63,64,65,66],"Patient Education","Surgical Fear and Worrying","Surgical Stress Response","Medical-surgical Nursing",[68,69,70,71,72,73],"Laparoscopic cholecystectomy","Preoperative education","Preoperative anxiety","Surgical fear","Sleep quality","Stress levels","2025-07-30",{"date":76,"type":39},"2025-08-03",{"date":78,"type":20},"2025-08-20",{"date":80,"type":20},"2025-12-30",{"name":45,"class":46},1,""]
