Frailty is a syndrome that increases the risk of loss of autonomy, falls, hospitalizations, or death. The tool includes simple screening questionnaires (such as SEGAm) and a comprehensive assessment (CGA - Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment) to better manage patients' health.\n\nThe main question it aims to answer is:\n\n* What proportion of patients aged 65 and over will benefit from frailty screening or assessment using Fragiclic over 12 months?\n\nA secondary question is\n\n\\- Does the use of Fragiclic reduce the risk of unplanned hospitalizations or death in these patients?\n\nFor the secondary question, researchers will compare patients who received screening or assessment (with or without a Personalized Care Plan (PCP)) to those who did not, to determine if Fragiclic improves their health outcomes.\n\nParticipants will not have additional tasks: Their GP or nurse will use Fragiclic during routine consultations. Some patients may be asked to provide information about their health or quality of life (via their healthcare provider).\n\nAll data will be collected anonymously and securely",[26,27,28,29,30],"Frailty at Older Adults","Primary Care","Geriatric Assessment","Implementation Research","Interprofessional Collaboration","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-11",{"date":34,"type":35},"2026-05-13","ACTUAL",{"date":37,"type":22},"2027-01-02",{"date":39,"type":22},"2029-01-02",{"name":41,"class":42},"CNGE Conseil","OTHER",1,{"id":45,"slug":46,"hasResults":11,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":50,"eligibilityCriteria":51,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":18,"minAge":52,"maxAge":53,"enrollmentInfo":54,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":56,"phases":57,"briefSummary":59,"conditions":60,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":62,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":63,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":64,"startDateStruct":66,"completionDateStruct":68,"leadSponsor":70,"locationsCount":43},"100521818","impact-of-training-patient-centered-approach-on-shared-decision-in-colorectal-cancer-screening-100521818","NCT06074536","Impact of Training Patient-centered Approach on Shared Decision in Colorectal Cancer Screening","Impact of Training in the Patient-centered Approach on Shared Decision-making in the Colorectal Cancer Screening: a Cluster Randomized Trial","FACELE","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patient aged 50 to 74:\n* Eligible for organized CRC screening,\n* Having declared as attending clinician a general practitioner investigator of the study\n\n ✓ Consulting their attending clinician for the duration of the study,\n* AND able and willing to comply with all trial requirements\n\nNon inclusion Criteria:\n\n\\- ✓ Screened for CRC less than 2 years ago\n\n* Not eligible for organized CRC screening:\n\n * History of adenomas or CRC:\n\n \\- Family (1st degree)\n * Personal history of IBD:\n\n * Crohn's disease\n * Ulcerative colitis)\n * Hereditary predispositions:\n\n * Familial adenomatous polyposis\n * Hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (Lynch syndrome)\n* Patient with symptoms requiring colonoscopy\n* Having a level of literacy that does not allow the completion of the self-questionnaire.\n* Having an inability to give express consent.\n* Being under guardianship, curatorship or having cognitive disorders","50 Years","74 Years",{"count":55,"type":22},400,"INTERVENTIONAL",[58],"NA","The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of face-to-face training of general practitioners on the implementation of a shared decision (in the context of colorectal cancer screening), versus current practice (i.e. without training in the patient-centered approach).",[61],"Colorectal Cancer Screening","RECRUITING","2026-02-09",{"date":65,"type":35},"2026-02-11",{"date":67,"type":35},"2024-03-06",{"date":69,"type":22},"2027-11-30",{"name":41,"class":42},{"id":72,"slug":73,"hasResults":11,"nctId":74,"briefTitle":75,"officialTitle":75,"acronym":76,"eligibilityCriteria":77,"healthyVolunteers":17,"sex":18,"minAge":78,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":79,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":4,"briefSummary":81,"conditions":82,"keywords":84,"overallStatus":31,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":87,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":88,"startDateStruct":90,"completionDateStruct":91,"leadSponsor":93,"locationsCount":43},"100581796","cohort-study-on-factors-associated-with-the-evolution-of-quality-of-life-among-transgender-individuals-in-the-french-population-100581796","NCT06854965","Cohort Study on Factors Associated with the Evolution of Quality of Life Among Transgender Individuals in the French Population","TRANSPOSE","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Person identifying themselves as trans\n* Person of legal age (≥ 18 years)\n* Person living in France\n* Person who has not expressed any opposition after receiving full information about the protocol\n* Person who understands and speaks French, or who is an allophone speaking English, Spanish or Portuguese\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* People who do not understand or speak French, English, Spanish or Portuguese.\n* Person under guardianship or curatorship, under legal protection or under safeguard of justice\n* Anyone who has expressed their opposition after receiving full information about the protocol.","18 Years",{"count":80,"type":22},1500,"This research focuses on identifying medical, social, and healthcare journey determinants associated with the evolution of quality of life in the transgender population at 12 months.
