Adults over 18 years old with a diagnosis of dry eye disease (DED) secondary to Sjögren's Syndrome within the past 2 years.\n2. History of using or desiring artificial tears for DED symptoms within the past 2 months.\n3. Unanesthetized Schirmer's Test (UA ST) score ≥1 and \\\u003C 10 mm\u002F5 min and baseline total Corneal Fluorescein Staining (tCFS) score ≥2 and ≤ 15 (National Eye Institute, NEI, grading scale).\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nSubjects with any of the following conditions on the eligibility exam may NOT be enrolled into the trial.\n\n1. History of ocular surgery within the past 6 months.\n2. Contact lens wear in either eye within 7 days of visit 1 (baseline) or use during study\n3. On current topical treatment regimen for less than 3 months or anticipates any change to the regimen during the study period.\n4. Use of topical steroid ocular medication or varenicline nasal spray within 4 weeks of baseline or during the study period.\n5. Use of artificial tears within 2 hours prior to the baseline or study visit days.\n6. Any known allergies to any component of the study drug.\n7. Severe, uncontrolled autoimmune disease (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, lupus). Uncontrolled is at the discretion of the PI. Subject must be aged ≥ 21 years at the time of eligibility visit.\n2. Subject must have a vector difference of 0.50 D or less in magnitude of pre-operative anterior corneal astigmatism as measured by the Pentacam AXL and the Zeiss IOLMaster 700 (Carl Zeiss Meditec).\n3. Subject must be able and willing to comply with the study examination procedures.\n4. Astigmatic treatment must require paired arcs \\\u003C45mm in length.\n5. Subject must be willing to complete the approved informed consent form.\n6. Subject must have elected to undergo lens extraction and Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) implantation.\n7. Subject must be willing and able to return for scheduled pre-op and follow-up examinations.\n8. Subject must have central 7 mm of clear cornea without vascularization.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Subject who has undergone previous corneal or intraocular surgery in the eye to be treated.\n2. Subject with a history, signs or symptoms of ocular disease or atypical findings that would be contraindicated under standard of care for lens extraction surgery.\n3. Subject with neuro-ophthalmic disease.\n4. Diabetic or hypertensive subject with clinical evidence of retinal pathology that the investigator believes will significantly affect visual outcomes.\n5. Subject with macular degenerative pathology identified at the preoperative visit that the investigator believes will significantly affect visual outcomes.\n6. Subject with a history of steroid-responsive rise in intraocular pressure (IOP), preoperative IOP \\>25 mmHg, or uncontrolled glaucoma in either eye.\n7. Subject with known lens\u002Fzonular instability.\n8. Subject who cannot achieve dilated pupillary diameter \\> 6 mm.\n9. Subject with abnormal corneal topography, including evidence of forme fruste keratoconus, keratoconus or pellucid marginal degeneration.\n10. Subject with posterior segment disease or degeneration.\n11. Subject with corneal disease or pathology that precludes an adequate view for imaging or transmission of laser wavelength of light.\n12. Age: 50 years and older.\n2. Gender: Males and Females.\n3. Bilateral cataracts\n4. Bilateral implantation of Odyssey IOLs (toric and non-toric)\n5. Scheduled to undergo standard cataract surgery in both eyes, within 1 to 30 days between surgeries.\n6. Willing and able to provide written informed consent for participation in the study.\n7. Willing and able to comply with scheduled visits and study examination procedures.\n8.
