General Contraindications:\n\n   1. Local and Systemic contraindications for surgery.\n   2. Poor oral hygiene\n   3. Patients with health problems, disease or any physical or psychological condition to which an oral surgery may be contraindicated.\n2. Relative Contraindications:\n\n   1. Previously irradiated bone\n   2. diabetes\n   3. anticoagulant medication\n   4. hemodynamic problems\n   5. bruxism\n   6. Para functional habits\n   7. bad bone anatomy\n   8. smokers\n   9. none controlled periodontitis\n   10. malocclusions\n   11. TMJ problems\n   12. diseases in the oral cavity\n   13. pregnancy\n   14. insufficient oral hygiene for adequate health.\n3.
