Stress from surgery and anesthesia can increase sympathetic activity and inflammation, which may lead to heart stress. This pragmatic clinical trial will compare patients who are prescribed propranolol as part of their routine care with those who are not. Researchers will analyze blood samples and surgical tissues collected during normal treatment to observe changes in heart health and the tumor microenvironment.",[28,29],"Breast Cancer","Myocardial Injury After Noncardiac Surgery (MINS)",[31,32,33,34,35],"Propranolol","Breast Cancer Surgery","Beta-blockers","Tumor Microenvironment","Pragmatic Clinical Trial","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-12",{"date":39,"type":40},"2026-05-15","ACTUAL",{"date":42,"type":22},"2026-05-26",{"date":44,"type":22},"2033-05-24",{"name":46,"class":47},"Chang-Ik Yoon","OTHER",""]
