These muscles play a primary role in achieving and maintaining erections by compressing the veins to trap blood within the erectile tissues. Furthermore, they are responsible for the rhythmic contractions necessary for ejaculation and the physiological sensations associated with orgasm.\n\nBeyond their role in sexual function, these muscles provide critical structural support to the pelvic floor and assist in urinary control. By working in tandem, the IC and BS muscles ensure penile rigidity while stabilizing the surrounding pelvic structures. Maintaining the strength and coordination of these muscles is essential for overall reproductive health and the prevention of pelvic floor dysfunction.\n\nThe primary objective of this clinical trial is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and therapeutic potential of Exercise G128 in strengthening the male pelvic floor musculature. Furthermore, the study aims to establish a comprehensive safety profile for Exercise G128 during active participation. The research seeks to address the following core investigative questions:\n\nTo what extent does Exercise G128 improve the tonicity and contractile strength of the IC and BS muscles?\n\nWhat is the incidence and nature of adverse medical events or physiological stressors reported by participants while performing the Exercise G128 protocol?\n\nResearchers will conduct a comparative analysis, benchmarking the physiological outcomes of Exercise G128 against existing clinical data regarding the efficacy of traditional Kegel exercises.\n\nParticipant Requirements:\n\nAdhere to a structured regimen, performing Exercise G128 four times weekly over a one-month intervention period.\n\nAttend bi-weekly telehealth consultations via video conferencing for supervised clinical assessments, progress monitoring, and physiological testing.\n\nMaintain a detailed daily log documenting functional progress, as well as any instances of physical exertion or soreness that necessitated a temporary cessation of the exercise protocol.",[28,29,30],"Erectile Dysfunction","Urinary Incontinence","Premature Ejaculation",[32,33,34,35,36,37,38],"Dripping or leakage","urinary incontinence","Kegel exercises for men","ischiocavernosus muscle","bulbospongiosus muscle","Erectile dysfunction (ED)","Premature ejaculation","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-07",{"date":42,"type":43},"2026-06-10","ACTUAL",{"date":45,"type":22},"2026-12",{"date":47,"type":22},"2027-12",{"name":49,"class":50},"Dream Video LLC","OTHER",{"id":52,"slug":53,"hasResults":11,"nctId":54,"briefTitle":55,"officialTitle":56,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":57,"healthyVolunteers":16,"sex":58,"minAge":59,"maxAge":60,"enrollmentInfo":61,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":62,"briefSummary":63,"conditions":64,"keywords":69,"overallStatus":39,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":73,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":74,"startDateStruct":76,"completionDateStruct":78,"leadSponsor":80,"locationsCount":4},"100637231","unconscious-mind-training-100637231","NCT07597603","Unconscious Mind Training","H22 - Unconscious Mind Training and Memory Encoding","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Can read and write\n* Willing and able to follow the requirements of the protocol\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n\\- Medical instability, restlessness, or other factors that would compromise data acquisition","ALL","10 Years","75 Years",{"count":21,"type":22},[25],"H22 - Unconscious Mind Training and Memory Encoding\n\nPhase I\n\nThe core problem this clinical trial, H22, seeks to address is the pervasive challenge of modifying deeply ingrained, often unconscious, unwanted behaviors within the general population. Many individuals struggle with habits or actions that negatively impact quality of life, productivity, or well-being, yet conventional methods often fall short due to the unconscious nature of these behaviors.\n\nSpecifically, the trial aims to investigate the efficacy of H22, a novel intervention designed to engage and train the unconscious mind, in mitigating these unwanted behaviors. The central hypothesis guiding this research is that H22 training will empower volunteers to significantly reduce the frequency and intensity of identified unwanted behaviors.",[65,66,67,68],"Memory Encoding","Memory","Behavior Change Interventions","Habits",[70,71,72],"Behavior","Cognitive ability","Unconscious mind","2026-05-31",{"date":75,"type":43},"2026-06-03",{"date":77,"type":22},"2027-01",{"date":79,"type":22},"2028-01",{"name":49,"class":50},""]
