The main questions it aims to answer are:

AIM 1 - Evaluate Adherence to the 2019 ESC Guidelines on CCS Among Healthcare Professionals: To comprehensively assess the extent to which healthcare professionals adhere to the 2019 ESC Guidelines on CCS. • SUB AIM 1.1 - Assess Variations in Adherence Across Healthcare Settings: Identifying variations in adherence patterns across different healthcare settings (e.g., primary care clinics, specialty hospitals, and other healthcare facilities) to shed light on the impact of resource availability on guideline implementation.

* SUB AIM 1.2 - Analyse Regional Variations: Identifying variations in adherence patterns across different countries or regions, to provide insights into the influence of healthcare systems, cultural factors, and regional disparities on guideline adherence.
* SUB AIM 1.3 - Examine Disparities in Guideline Adherence: Identifying variations in adherence patterns among different demographic groups of healthcare professionals, including gender, age, years of experience, and specialty, to shed light on potential inequities in guideline implementation and help tailor interventions accordingly.

AIM 2 - Identify Potential Barriers and Facilitators to Guideline Implementation:

Through data analysis, we aim to identify potential barriers that hinder guideline implementation and facilitators that promote adherence and offer actionable insights for improvement. These barriers and facilitators may encompass a wide range of factors, including knowledge gaps, resource limitations, organizational constraints, and patient-related variables.

• SUB AIM 2.1 - Equitable access to cardiovascular care: Identifying variations in adherence patterns across sex and ethnicity categories, with a special focus on minorities.

Participants will not have more interventions than their usual care.",[24],"Chronic Coronary Syndrome",[26,27,24],"Observational study","ESC Guidelines","RECRUITING","2025-01-08
2025-01-09","ACTUAL
2024-12-02
2025-06-02
European Society of Cardiology","NETWORK",1
"100562292","scad--a-registry-of-spontaneous-coronary-artery-dissection-100562292","NCT06601270","SCAD : a Registry of Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection","A Registry of Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection","SCAD","Inclusion Criteria:

* Patient having signed an Informed Consent
* Patient aged 18 years and over
* SCAD clinical diagnosis within the past 10 years and available coronary angiographic imagery

Exclusion Criteria:

* Patient unwilling or unable to consent
* Patients with iatrogenic or atherosclerotic coronary dissection
1500,"5 Years","Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is an increasingly recognised cause of non-atherosclerotic acute coronary syndromes (ACS), predominantly afflicting young women without conventional atherosclerotic risk factors. Knowledge of SCAD has advanced considerably in the last few years as a result of data from a number of local and national registries 1-6. Like all rarer diseases however, a better understanding of SCAD will require international collaboration. At present, there is no European or International SCAD registry despite increasing recognition that there are key differences in the diagnosis, interventional and medical management of SCAD compared with conventional atherosclerotic ACS. The ESC-ACCA Study Group on Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection supported by the European Observational Research Programme will now build the first pan-European SCAD registry to advance our understanding of current management of this condition, inform guidelines, educate clinical colleagues and advance research.",[54],"Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection","2024-10-28
2024-10-29
2021-01-30
2027-10
73
"100554137","european-survey-of-cardiovascular-disease-prevention-diabetes-and-chronic-kidney-disease-euroaspire-vi-100554137","NCT06495177","European Survey of Cardiovascular Disease Prevention, Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease (EUROASPIRE VI)","European Survey of Cardiovascular Disease Prevention, Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease","EUROASPIRE VI","Inclusion Criteria:

* Patients having signed an informed Consent
* Patients aged from 18 years old at the time of identification
* At least six and at most 24 months elapsed between the index event (the recruiting diagnostic or treatment criteria below) and the date of interview
* Patients meeting the recruiting diagnostic or treatment criteria:
* Coronary patients: Acute coronary events (acute coronary syndrome {STEMI or NSTEMI}, unstable angina) or an emergency or elective revascularisation for coronary artery disease (CABG, PCI)
* High cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk patients: patients free of CVD, who have been prescribed one or more of the following treatments: blood pressure and/or lipid-lowering and/or glucose lowering (diet and/or hypoglycaemic agents and/or insulin)

Exclusion Criteria:

* Patients living outside defined geographical areas
* Patients admitted to hospital from outside the geographical area or under the care of cardiologists in hospitals that do not participate in EUROASPIRE VI
8000,"The goal of this observational study is to provide a unique European picture of preventive action by cardiologists, other specialists and primary care physicians looking after patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), individuals at high cardiovascular disease risk and all those with hypertension, dyslipidaemia (including familial hypercholesterolaemia), diabetes and dysglycaemia and chronic kidney disease (CKD) and determine whether the European guidelines on cardiovascular disease prevention, hypertension, lipids, diabetes and chronic kidney disease are being followed.",[76,77,78,79,80],"Coronary Disease","Acute Coronary Syndrome","Unstable Angina","ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction","Non-ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction","2024-07-02
2024-07-10
2024-06-07
2029-12
"100552186","snapshot-study-on-patients-with-heart-failure-100552186","NCT06469814","Snapshot Study on Patients With Heart Failure","Global Registries And Surveys Programme -
