Asymptomatic apical periodontitis is a condition where the tissue around the tip of the tooth root is inflamed or shows a lesion on X-ray, but the patient does not experience pain.\n\nA total of 60 patients will be randomly assigned to receive root canal treatment with either the bioceramic sealer (Group A) or the resin-based sealer (Group B). Pain after treatment will be measured using a 0-10 Numeric Pain Rating Scale at 4, 24, and 48 hours post-treatment. The highest pain score reported will determine whether the treatment is considered a success (no or mild\u002Fmoderate pain) or failure (severe pain).\n\nThe results of this study will provide evidence on which sealer is associated with less postoperative pain, helping clinicians make informed decisions about root canal filling materials.",[27],"Asymptomatic Apical Periodontitis",[29,30],"Bioceramic sealer","Resin-based sealer","RECRUITING","2025-12-18",{"date":34,"type":35},"2025-12-24","ACTUAL",{"date":37,"type":35},"2025-12-01",{"date":39,"type":21},"2026-02-28",{"name":41,"class":42},"Fatima Memorial Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":45,"slug":46,"hasResults":11,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":50,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":51,"enrollmentInfo":52,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":54,"briefSummary":56,"conditions":57,"keywords":61,"overallStatus":31,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":67,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":68,"startDateStruct":70,"completionDateStruct":72,"leadSponsor":74,"locationsCount":43},"100595580","phase-4-lidocaine-vs-lidocaine-with-dexmedetomidine-for-intravenous-regional-anesthesia-ivra-in-upper-limb-surgery-100595580","NCT07034300","Lidocaine vs. Lidocaine With Dexmedetomidine for Intravenous Regional Anesthesia (IVRA) in Upper Limb Surgery","Comparison of Lidocaine Alone Versus Lidocaine With Dexmedetomidine for Intravenous Regional Anesthesia (IVRA)","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* American Society of Anesthesiology Status I\n* American Society of Anesthesiology Status II\n* Elective surgery\n* Surgery duration \\\u003C45 minutes\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Sleep apnea\n* BMI \\>30\n* Heart block\n* uncontrolled hypertension","60 Years",{"count":53,"type":21},90,[55],"PHASE4","This study compares lidocaine alone vs. lidocaine with dexmedetomidine in Intravenous regional anesthesia (IVRA) for upper limb surgery in terms of pain scores and duration of analgesia",[58,59,60],"Post-operative Pain","Upper Limb Surgery","Regional Anesthesia",[62,63,64,65,59,66],"Intravenous Regional Anesthesia","Lidocaine","Dexmedetomidine","Pain","Bier Block","2025-06-15",{"date":69,"type":35},"2025-06-24",{"date":71,"type":35},"2025-05-21",{"date":73,"type":21},"2025-08-31",{"name":41,"class":42},{"id":76,"slug":77,"hasResults":11,"nctId":78,"briefTitle":79,"officialTitle":80,"acronym":81,"eligibilityCriteria":82,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":83,"minAge":17,"maxAge":84,"enrollmentInfo":85,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":86,"briefSummary":87,"conditions":88,"keywords":91,"overallStatus":31,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":67,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":97,"startDateStruct":99,"completionDateStruct":101,"leadSponsor":102,"locationsCount":43},"100594697","phase-4-comparison-of-dexmedetomidine--ketamine-for-postoperative-pain-in-c-section-100594697","NCT07022821","Comparison of Dexmedetomidine + Ketamine for Postoperative Pain in C-Section","Comparison of Different Doses of Dexmedetomidine in Combination With Ketamine for Control of Post-Operative Pain in Lower Segment Caesarean Section Surgeries","KETODEX-CS","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Elective lower segment cesarean section\n* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status II\n* Provided informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Known drug allergy\n* Presence of significant comorbidities\n* Emergency surgery\n* Documented psychiatric illness","FEMALE","50 Years",{"count":53,"type":21},[55],"This study aims to compare three different doses of dexmedetomidine, when combined with a fixed dose of ketamine, for pain control in women undergoing cesarean section.
