Excessive social media use has been associated with several negative psychological outcomes, including increased loneliness, heightened FoMO, and poor sleep quality.\n\nIn this randomized controlled trial, university students will be randomly assigned to either an experimental group or a control group. Participants in the experimental group will follow a social media diet intervention that involves limiting daily social media use for a specified period, while participants in the control group will continue their usual social media use without restrictions.\n\nLoneliness, FoMO, and sleep quality will be measured at baseline and after the intervention using validated scales. The findings of this study are expected to provide evidence on whether reducing social media use can improve psychological well-being and sleep quality among university students.",[29,30,31],"Loneliness","Fear of Missing Out","Sleep Quality",[33,34,35,36,37],"Social Media Diet","Digital Detox","University Students","Behavioral Intervention","Randomized Controlled Trial","RECRUITING","2026-03-16",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-03-18","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":42},"2026-03-10",{"date":46,"type":23},"2026-08",{"name":48,"class":49},"Gümüşhane Universıty","OTHER",1,{"id":52,"slug":53,"hasResults":11,"nctId":54,"briefTitle":55,"officialTitle":55,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":56,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":57,"minAge":58,"maxAge":59,"enrollmentInfo":60,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":24,"phases":62,"briefSummary":63,"conditions":64,"keywords":66,"overallStatus":38,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":73,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":74,"startDateStruct":76,"completionDateStruct":78,"leadSponsor":80,"locationsCount":50},"100597013","the-effect-of-health-riddles-on-fear-anxiety-and-pain-in-circumcised-children-100597013","NCT07052955","The Effect of Health Riddles on Fear, Anxiety, and Pain in Circumcised Children","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Children who apply to Gümüşhane State Hospital Pediatric Surgery Department for circumcision\n* Children between the ages of 4-6\n* Not having had any previous surgical intervention\n* Not having any problems with vision, hearing or speech\n* Written consent given by a parent or legal guardian\n* Not having health problems that could affect the research results, such as chronic disease or developmental delay\n* The child and his\u002Fher family being open to communication and willing to cooperate during the study participation process\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* If the child or family does not want to continue the research\n* If there is a sudden and serious deterioration in the child's health\n* If participants do not comply with the research protocol, do not use the provided materials or do not participate in the measurements and do not continue\n* If unexpected complications develop during the circumcision procedure\n* If it is determined that the rights of the participants have been violated in accordance with ethical rules\n* In these cases, the participant will be removed from the research and appropriate health care will be provided where necessary.","MALE","4 Years","6 Years",{"count":61,"type":23},120,[26],"This study was designed as a randomized controlled experimental method to examine the effects of health puzzles on the fear, anxiety and pain levels that occur in the pre- and postoperative periods in children who underwent circumcision.",[65],"Circumcision, Male",[67,68,69,70,71,72],"Child","anxiety","fear","pain","circumcision","health riddles","2025-06-30",{"date":75,"type":42},"2025-07-08",{"date":77,"type":23},"2025-07-10",{"date":79,"type":23},"2026-11-10",{"name":48,"class":49},""]
