The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* Do phenylephrine and norepinephrine administered as manually controlled continuous infusion during elective cesarean delivery have different effects on neonatal outcome ?\n* Do phenylephrine and norepinephrine administered as manually controlled continuous infusion during elective cesarean delivery have different effects on maternal hemodynamics? Participants will receive either phenylephrine or norepinephrine infusion, at the time of performing spinal anesthesia, the infusion rate will be adjusted manually depending on maternal arterial pressure.",[28,29],"Cesarean Section Complications","Hypotension",[31,32,33,34,35,36],"hypotension","norepinephrine","cesarean delivery","Obstetric anesthesia","Spinal anesthesia","Phenylephrine","RECRUITING","2025-09-08",{"date":40,"type":41},"2025-09-09","ACTUAL",{"date":43,"type":41},"2025-01-29",{"date":45,"type":22},"2026-03-15",{"name":47,"class":48},"Hassan II University","OTHER",2,""]
