Patients 18 years of age or older at time of data collection.\n2. Patients with medical records stored in a digitized format.\n3. Patients under suspicion of coronary artery disease (both suspicion of significant coronary artery disease as well as to rule out significant CAD) who present to the site with an electrocardiogram recorded up to 30 days prior to Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Patients with acute coronary syndrome.\n2. Patients who previously underwent coronary artery bypass grafting.\n3. Patients whose electrocardiogram tracing has extreme noise or artifact to the extent that it would be recommended to redo the tracing.\n4. Patients with prior percutaneous coronary intervention resulting in stenting.\n5. Unanalyzable invasive coronary angiogram.\n6. Unanalyzable Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography.\n7. Unanalyzable electrocardiogram signal.\n8. Incomplete invasive coronary angiogram (e.g., only the right coronary artery was injected and visualized).\n9. ECGio's diagnostic performance during the trial will be compared against an objective performance ¬criteria using a mixed reference standard of quantitative coronary angiography and quantitative coronary computed tomography angiography in patients a general adult population under suspicion of coronary artery disease.",[26],"Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)",[28,29,30],"Artificial Intelligence","Electrocardiogram","Coronary Artery Disease","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-03-25",{"date":34,"type":35},"2026-03-30","ACTUAL",{"date":37,"type":22},"2026-04-01",{"date":39,"type":22},"2026-09-01",{"name":41,"class":42},"Heart Input Output Inc","INDUSTRY",{"id":44,"slug":45,"hasResults":11,"nctId":46,"briefTitle":47,"officialTitle":47,"acronym":48,"eligibilityCriteria":49,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":19,"enrollmentInfo":50,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":4,"briefSummary":52,"conditions":53,"keywords":55,"overallStatus":31,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":57,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":58,"startDateStruct":60,"completionDateStruct":62,"leadSponsor":64,"locationsCount":65},"100624148","a-prospective-analysis-to-assess-the-potential-use-of-ecgio-in-clinical-practice-100624148","NCT07405866","A Prospective Analysis To Assess The Potential Use Of ECGio In Clinical Practice","PAPP","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age ≥ 18 years.\n* Patients with medical records stored in a digitized format.\n* Presenting between February 1 2026 and October 31 2026.\n* Patient meets one of the following criteria:\n\n * Hypertension\n * Hyperlipidemia\n * Family History of Disease\n * Diabetes Mellitus\n * High BMI (\\>30)\n * Smoker (Former or Current)\n * Presenting for pre-operative clearance\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).\n* Patient with prior Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)\n* Patients whose ECG tracing has extreme noise or artifact to the extent that it would be recommended to redo the tracing.\n* Age ≥ 90 years.",{"count":51,"type":22},10000,"The goal of this observational study is to learn if an ai-assistive algorithm would be useful in patients who are under suspicion of coronary disease.
