Many women live for many years after breast cancer, but a large number continue to experience emotional difficulties such as anxiety, sadness, stress, or fear of the cancer coming back. These problems can strongly affect quality of life and are often not addressed during routine medical visits.\n\nSerenApp is being developed as a safe, easy-to-use mobile application that provides psychological support and practical resources to help breast cancer survivors manage these challenges. What makes this project different is that the app will be created together with patients and healthcare professionals, to ensure that it responds to real needs and is adapted to the public health system in Spain.\n\nThe main questions of the study are:\n\nCan SerenApp help women feel less anxious, depressed, or stressed and improve their overall quality of life?\n\nWill women and professionals find the app useful, acceptable, and easy to use?\n\nCould this digital tool reduce the need for additional healthcare resources and be cost-effective for the health system?",[27],"Breast Cancer",[29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36],"Breast cancer","Breast cancer survivors","Digital psychological intervention","eHealth","Mobile app","Co-creation","Effectiveness","Cost-effectiveness","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-09-05",{"date":40,"type":41},"2025-09-11","ACTUAL",{"date":43,"type":21},"2025-10-01",{"date":45,"type":21},"2027-12-31",{"name":47,"class":48},"Hospital Costa del Sol","OTHER",{"id":50,"slug":51,"hasResults":11,"nctId":52,"briefTitle":53,"officialTitle":54,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":56,"minAge":18,"maxAge":57,"enrollmentInfo":58,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":60,"briefSummary":61,"conditions":62,"keywords":65,"overallStatus":70,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":71,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":72,"startDateStruct":74,"completionDateStruct":76,"leadSponsor":78,"locationsCount":5},"100517595","inmobilization-with-compression-bandage-vs-antebraquial-splint-in-distal-radius-fractures-100517595","NCT06019585","Inmobilization With Compression Bandage vs Antebraquial Splint in Distal Radius Fractures","Inmobilization With Compression Bandage vs Antebraquial Splint in Distal Radius Fractures Operated by Internal Fixation With Volar Locking Plate: A Pilot Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients with type A, B, C fractures of AO classification of distal radius fractures\n* Patents aged between 18 and 75 years,\n* Patients operated on in the first 3 weeks after the trauma, and independent for the basic activities of daily living\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients with open fractures\n* Patients with mental disorders (dementia, alcoholism, etc.),\n* Patient dependent for basic activities of daily living\n* Patients with fractures with severe articular and metaphyseal comminution and\u002For severe soft tissue injuries (type 2R3C3 AO),\n* Patients with previous diseases or anatomical alterations in the injured wrist (previous fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.).","ALL","75 Years",{"count":59,"type":21},120,[24],"The aim of this study is to compare functional and radiological results in two groups of distal radius fractures treated with internal fixation with locking plate, and immobilized with antebrachial splint or compression bandage for 3 weeks.",[63,64],"Distal Radius Fractures","Internal Fixation; Complications, Mechanical",[66,67,68,69],"distal radius fractures","volar plate","internal fixation","Inmobilization","RECRUITING","2023-08-25",{"date":73,"type":41},"2023-08-31",{"date":75,"type":41},"2021-06-01",{"date":77,"type":21},"2026-12-30",{"name":47,"class":48},""]
