The study evaluates the relationships among predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing correlates described in the YPAP framework and investigates how these correlates interact with one another according to the pathways proposed by the model. A convenience sample of adolescents aged 10 to 13 years will be recruited through broad public dissemination as part of a larger experimental intervention project. Data will be collected at a single time point. Instead of traditional linear analytical strategies, the study will adopt complex, flexible, and non-linear methods such as network analysis to examine how correlates interconnect and influence physical activity behavior. Secondary analyses will explore whether the structure and strength of associations differ across demographic subgroups such as sex and socioeconomic level.",[58],"YPAP Model",[60,61,62,63],"adolescents","physical activity","correlates","YPAP model","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-03",{"date":67,"type":33},"2026-04-09",{"date":69,"type":22},"2026-04-06",{"date":71,"type":22},"2026-09-30",{"name":39,"class":40},{"id":74,"slug":75,"hasResults":11,"nctId":76,"briefTitle":77,"officialTitle":78,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":79,"healthyVolunteers":49,"sex":80,"minAge":50,"maxAge":51,"enrollmentInfo":81,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":83,"briefSummary":84,"conditions":85,"keywords":87,"overallStatus":64,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":90,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":91,"startDateStruct":92,"completionDateStruct":94,"leadSponsor":96,"locationsCount":41},"100630636","effects-of-a-12-week-recreational-football-program-on-physical-activity-determinants-in-adolescents-100630636","NCT07490249","Effects of a 12-Week Recreational Football Program on Physical Activity Determinants in Adolescents","Effects of a 12-Week Recreational Football Program on Predisposing, Enabling, and Reinforcing Determinants of Physical Activity in Adolescents: A Randomized Controlled Trial Based on the Youth Physical Activity Promotion Model","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* male adolescents;\n* age 10-13 years;\n* medical clearance for physical activity;\n* availability for 12-week intervention.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* presence of any clinical diagnosis that may interfere the performance of assessments or the intervention (including musculoskeletal, neurological, vascular, pulmonary, or cardiac disorders);\n* attendance \\\u003C 85% of sessions (intervention group).","MALE",{"count":82,"type":22},40,[25],"Randomized controlled trial assessing the effects of a 12-week recreational football program on behavioral, psychosocial, environmental, and physical determinants of physical activity in male adolescents aged 10-13 years.",[86],"Physical Inactivity",[60,88,61,63,89],"recreational football","determinants","2026-03-19",{"date":35,"type":33},{"date":93,"type":22},"2026-03",{"date":95,"type":22},"2026-10",{"name":39,"class":40},""]
