Pavlenko) questionnaire: total score ≥ 16.\n\nSpecific subscale scores in DPD: \"Desire\" ≥ 5, \"Satisfaction\" ≥ 5, and \"Possession\" (Obsession) ≥ 6 points.\n\nPresence of internal conflicts according to the \"Internal Conflict Test\" (ICT) ≥ 1 point on the skin tissue measurement scale.\n\nWillingness to comply with the study protocol and the online therapy format.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nCurrent participation in any other psychotherapy during the study.\n\nUse of any psychotropic medications within the last 30 days (antidepressants, tranquilizers, neuroleptics, mood stabilizers).\n\nDiagnosed severe mental disorders (according to ICD-10\u002FDSM-5) requiring specialized psychiatric care or inpatient treatment.\n\nPresence of acute suicidal risk.\n\nSubstance abuse (alcoholism, drug addiction).\n\nFailure to meet any of the threshold values specified in the inclusion criteria.","ALL","18 Years","55 Years",{"count":20,"type":21},36,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[24],"NA","Brief Summary of the Study The aim of this clinical trial is to find out if the group therapy method \"Self-Reconstruction\" helps to reduce anxiety in adults.
