[{"data":1,"prerenderedAt":-1},["ShallowReactive",2],{"health-studies-list:{\"overallStatus\":[\"RECRUITING\",\"AVAILABLE\",\"NOT_YET_RECRUITING\"],\"leadSponsorName\":\"Kyoung Hwan Koh\",\"orderBy\":\"LastUpdateSubmitDate:desc\",\"size\":25,\"offset\":0}":3,"health-study-condition:":39},{"pageToken":4,"total":5,"offset":6,"count":5,"results":7},null,1,0,[8],{"id":9,"slug":10,"hasResults":11,"nctId":12,"briefTitle":13,"officialTitle":14,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":15,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":18,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":22,"briefSummary":24,"conditions":25,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":27,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":28,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":29,"startDateStruct":32,"completionDateStruct":34,"leadSponsor":36,"locationsCount":5},"100639431","umbilical-cord-derived-mesenchymal-stem-cell-injectables-for-the-regeneration-of-partial-thickness-rotator-cuff-tears-100639431",false,"NCT07605559","Umbilical Cord-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell Injectables for the Regeneration of Partial-thickness Rotator Cuff Tears","A Multi-center Study on Umbilical Cord-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell Injectables for the Regeneration of Partial-thickness Rotator Cuff Tears","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Adults aged 19 years or older\n* Shoulder pain lasting for at least 3 months\n* A pain visual analogue scale (VAS) score of 4 or greater\n* Inadequate response to sufficient conservative treatment for at least 3 months, such as medication, injection therapy, physical therapy, or exercise therapy\n* Partial-thickness rotator cuff tear confirmed by ultrasonography or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)\n* No restrictions on participation in clinical trial procedures, including hospitalization\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Receipt of subacromial injection therapy in the affected shoulder within the past 3 months\n* History of rotator cuff surgery on the affected shoulder within the past 6 months\n* Previous treatment with a stem cell therapy for the shoulder\n* Presence of any of the following shoulder conditions: full-thickness rotator cuff tear, obvious isolated acromioclavicular joint arthropathy, or a clear history of trauma to the shoulder joint within the past 3 months\n* Radiologic findings suggestive of or consistent with any of the following: malignancy, severe glenohumeral osteoarthritis, bony abnormalities causing narrowing of the subacromial space, or clear evidence of acute traumatic rotator cuff injury\n* Presence of symptomatic cervical spine disease\n* Patients with polyarthritis, infectious arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or fibromyalgia\n* Clinical trial subjects with neurological deficits\n* Pregnant or breastfeeding women\n* Unwillingness to use an effective method of contraception during participation in the clinical trial\n* Presence of any serious disease that may affect participation in this clinical trial, including cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, endocrine, or neoplastic disease\n* Inability to understand the questions used to assess the subject's condition, including the visual analogue scale (VAS), or communication difficulties due to psychiatric illness\n* Unwillingness to participate in the clinical trial or difficulty in complying with follow-up visits according to the study schedule\n* Participation in another clinical trial within 3 months prior to enrollment in this clinical trial\n* Any other condition that, in the opinion of the investigator, makes the subject unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial","ALL","19 Years",{"count":19,"type":20},38,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[23],"NA","The purpose of this study is to evaluate umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cell injectables for the regeneration of partial-thickness rotator cuff tears",[26],"Rotator Cuff Disease","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-18",{"date":30,"type":31},"2026-05-26","ACTUAL",{"date":33,"type":20},"2026-05-01",{"date":35,"type":20},"2028-12-31",{"name":37,"class":38},"Kyoung Hwan Koh","OTHER",""]
