The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n1. Does using negative pressure suction during surgery affect the amount of irrigation fluid absorbed by the patient's body?\n2. Does using negative pressure suction reduce the risk of postoperative infections, such as fever, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), and urosepsis? Researchers will compare patients who undergo surgery with a negative pressure suction sheath to patients who undergo surgery with a standard sheath (without suction) to see if the suction technology reduces fluid absorption and lowers the risk of postoperative complications.\n\nParticipants will undergo their scheduled kidney stone surgery as part of their regular medical care. Researchers will collect their routine clinical data from the hospital system, including:\n\n1. Preoperative test results (such as CT scans, ultrasounds, and urine tests).\n2. Intraoperative data (such as surgery duration and the exact amount of fluid absorbed, measured by a monitoring device).\n3. Postoperative recovery data (such as body temperature, pain levels, hospital stay length, and any signs of infection).",[25],"Kidney Stones","RECRUITING","2026-03-19",{"date":29,"type":30},"2026-03-25","ACTUAL",{"date":32,"type":30},"2026-03-09",{"date":34,"type":20},"2027-07-07",{"name":36,"class":37},"Lanzhou University Second Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":40,"slug":41,"hasResults":11,"nctId":42,"briefTitle":43,"officialTitle":44,"acronym":45,"eligibilityCriteria":46,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":47,"maxAge":48,"enrollmentInfo":49,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":51,"phases":52,"briefSummary":54,"conditions":55,"keywords":59,"overallStatus":63,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":64,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":65,"startDateStruct":67,"completionDateStruct":69,"leadSponsor":71,"locationsCount":38},"100597476","effects-of-enhanced-external-counterpulsation-combined-with-cardiac-rehabilitation-in-patients-with-atrial-fibrillation-100597476","NCT07058987","Effects of Enhanced External Counterpulsation Combined With Cardiac Rehabilitation in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation","A Prospective Randomized Controlled Study on the Effects of Enhanced External Counterpulsation Combined With Cardiac Rehabilitation on Cardiac Function and Exercise Capacity in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation","EECP AF CR","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age between 40 and 80 years\n* Diagnosed with persistent or paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, confirmed by ECG or Holter\n* Stable medical condition and able to participate in cardiac rehabilitation and EECP therapy\n* Provided written informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Recent acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, or decompensated heart failure within the past 4 weeks\n* Severe valvular heart disease or left ventricular ejection fraction \\\u003C30%\n* Severe peripheral vascular disease or deep vein thrombosis\n* Severe pulmonary disease or active infection\n* History of bleeding disorders or contraindications to EECP\n* Cognitive impairment or psychiatric condition affecting study participation\n* Participation in another clinical trial within the past 3 months","40 Years","80 Years",{"count":50,"type":20},200,"INTERVENTIONAL",[53],"NA","This is a prospective randomized controlled trial designed to evaluate the effectiveness of enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) combined with cardiac rehabilitation in patients with atrial fibrillation. The study aims to assess whether this combined intervention can improve cardiac function and exercise capacity compared to standard care alone. Eligible participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the EECP plus cardiac rehabilitation program or routine treatment. Primary outcomes include changes in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and six-minute walking distance (6MWD).
