Despite advances in supportive care and liver transplantation, prognosis varies significantly across etiologies, particularly in patients with indeterminate causes.\n\nThis study aims to investigate the dynamic changes of clinical and biochemical indicators, identify potential etiologies-especially in indeterminate ALF-and evaluate prognostic risk factors. A dynamic prediction model will be developed to optimize clinical decision-making, including liver transplantation timing.\n\nBoth retrospective and prospective cohorts will be included. Multi-omics analyses (including transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and metagenomic sequencing) will be performed on liver tissue and biological samples to explore disease mechanisms and etiology.",[24],"Acute Liver Failure","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-22",{"date":28,"type":29},"2026-04-29","ACTUAL",{"date":31,"type":19},"2026-03-30",{"date":33,"type":19},"2037-12-31",{"name":35,"class":36},"Li-Ying Sun","OTHER",""]
