Today, this disorder is being discussed more and more, particularly among young people, partly due to its visibility on social media. However, researchers have observed that some individuals may mimic or exaggerate the symptoms, which makes it more difficult to understand the disorder.

The goal of this study is therefore to better understand:

* in which situations these identity shifts occur
* what people feel at that moment
* and what happens next To do this, researchers will interview approximately 60 people, some with a diagnosed DID and others exhibiting simulated symptoms.

Participants will complete questionnaires and take part in an interview. The researchers will analyze:

* the situations that trigger the changes
* the associated thoughts and emotions
* the behaviors
* the consequences of these episodes

The ultimate goal is to better understand this disorder in order to:

* improve care
* and better distinguish between genuine cases and feigned ones",[25],"Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)",[27],"Dissociative Identity Disorder","RECRUITING","2026-06-23
2026-06-26","ACTUAL
2026-06-04
2028-06-30
Lille University","OTHER",4
"100577834","effects-of-circadian-rhythm-on-glycemic-regulation-during-continuous-moderate-exercise-and-intense-intermittent-disease-in-adolescents-living-with-type-1-diabetes-100577834","NCT06803446","Effects of Circadian Rhythm on Glycemic Regulation During Continuous Moderate Exercise and Intense Intermittent Disease in Adolescents Living With Type 1 Diabetes","Effets du Rythme Circadien Sur la régulation glycémique Lors d'Exercices modérés Continus et Intermittents Intenses Chez Des Adolescents Vivant Avec le diabète de Type 1","CHRONODIAB1","Inclusion Criteria:

* Children and adolescents aged 10 to 16;
* Living with type 1 diabetes for at least 1 year with HbA1c less than or equal to 12%;
* Socially insured ;
* Having given their written consent to participate in the research, as well as that of their legal guardians;
* Willing to comply with all research procedures and duration.

Exclusion Criteria:

* Clinically significant microvascular complications: nephropathy (estimated glomerular filtration rate less than 40 ml/min), neuropathy or severe proliferative retinopathy as assessed by the investigator;
* Recent acute macrovascular event (< 3 months), e.g. acute coronary syndrome or cardiac surgery;
* Abnormal blood picture and/or anemia;
* Current pregnancy;
* Other serious medical condition likely to interfere with study participation or ability to complete exercise periods in the judgment of the investigator (e.g., orthopedic limitation);
* Inability to receive informed information;
* Inability to participate in the entire study;
* Lack of social security coverage;
* Refusal to sign the consent form.","10 Years","16 Years
18,"INTERVENTIONAL",[55],"NA","Interventional research with minimal risks and constraints on the effects of circadian rhythm on glycemic regulation during intense moderate, continuous and intermittent exercise in adolescents living with type 1 diabetes",[58],"Type 1 Diabetes",[60,61,62,63],"adolescents","type 1 diabetes","glycemic regulation","circadian rhythm","2025-09-03
2025-09-04
2024-12-18
2026-12-19
1
"100588658","assessment-of-cancer-related-post-traumatic-stress-in-patients-and-caregivers-in-the-year-following-diagnosis-and-identification-of-their-expectations-of-personalized-support---candystress-100588658","NCT06944262","Assessment of Cancer-related Post-traumatic Stress in Patients and Caregivers in the Year Following Diagnosis, and Identification of Their Expectations of Personalized Support - CANDYSTRESS","Évaluation de la détresse Post-traumatique Relative au Cancer Dans l'année Suivant le Diagnostic Chez Les Patients et Les Aidants et Identification de Leurs Attentes Envers un Accompagnement personnalisé","CANDYSTRESS","Inclusion Criteria:

Part 1. In addition to the potentially traumatic aspects (i.e., creating a very violent emotional shock) linked to the announcement of the disease and the various stages of the care pathway (effects of treatment, announcement of a cancer recurrence), even before the onset of the disease, patients and their caregivers may have been directly or indirectly confronted with traumatogenic events (e.g., childhood abuse, sudden death). They may therefore be more likely to develop a stress-related mental disorder in their lifetime. The question of the accumulation of traumatic events, the identification of groups of people at risk of developing symptoms of distress, and the management of these symptoms is therefore crucial. In addition, the mutual influence within the patient-caregiver dyad in terms of emotional adjustment, and its evolution throughout the cancer care pathway, are key elements to be considered in these issues.

The CandyStress project is based on a partnership with patients, their caregivers and carers to identify the needs of patient-caregiver dyads at risk of cancer-related post-traumatic stress disorder (Ca-PTS). Longitudinal screening for Ca-PTS in the year following cancer diagnosis will be carried out to identify the characteristics of at-risk dyads who could benefit from long-term support.
