The control condition is a personalized music playlist without binaural beats and spatialization. It is hypothesized that BBM, SM, and their combination each improve aspects of BPSD compared to controls over a two-week intervention period.

The Specific Aims of the study are (1) to evaluate whether BBM, SM, and/or their combination is superior to control in reducing BPSD severity (primary outcome); (2) to evaluate whether BBM, SM, and/or their combination is superior to control in reducing caregiver distress (secondary outcomes); and (3) to evaluate the effects of BBM, SM, and/or their combination on improving overall well-being and mood (secondary outcomes).",[27,28,29,30],"BPSD","Caregiver Distress","Well-being","Mood",[32,29,30,28,33,34,35,36,37,38],"Dementia","Personalized Music Listening","Binaural Beat Stimulation","Spatial Audio","Artificial Intelligence","Randomized Controlled Trial","Assisted Living Residences","RECRUITING","2026-05-29
2026-06-04","ACTUAL
2026-05-04
2026-06-27
Maharishi International University","OTHER
"100567853","brain-to-brain-synchrony-in-ss-with-different-levels-of-social-interaction-100567853","NCT06673589","Brain-to-brain Synchrony in Ss With Different Levels of Social Interaction","Brain-to-brain Synchrony as a Mechanism of Field Effects of Consciousness","Inclusion Criteria:

* healthy fit the cohort criteria practice TM

Exclusion Criteria:

* mental or physical issue",true,"18 Years","50 Years
30,"OBSERVATIONAL","Brain-to-brain synchrony will be measured between pairs of subjects with different levels of similarity of DNA and social interactions",[66],"Social Dynamics",[68,69,70],"Consciousness","Hyper-scanning","Social Neuroscience","2024-11-13
2024-11-15
2024-11-01
2025-10-10
"]
