It involves 30 selected patients who have single rooted tooth with apical periodontitis that undergo RCT. The collection of the exudate from the canal will be on pre and post-instrumentation. The exudated will collect twice in each instrumentation for PoCT and ELISA.",[26],"Apical Periodontitis","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2024-11-20",{"date":30,"type":31},"2024-11-22","ACTUAL",{"date":33,"type":22},"2024-12",{"date":35,"type":22},"2025-11",{"name":37,"class":38},"Manipal University College Malaysia","OTHER",1,{"id":41,"slug":42,"hasResults":11,"nctId":43,"briefTitle":44,"officialTitle":45,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":46,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":47,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":48,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":50,"phases":51,"briefSummary":53,"conditions":54,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":27,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":56,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":57,"startDateStruct":59,"completionDateStruct":61,"leadSponsor":63,"locationsCount":4},"100564915","clinical-evaluation-of-dimethyl-sulfoxide-wet-bonding-technique-100564915","NCT06635382","Clinical Evaluation of Dimethyl Sulfoxide Wet Bonding Technique","Clinical Evaluation of Dimethyl Sulfoxide Wet Bonding Technique: A Randomized Controlled Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Two similar non carious cervical lesions (NCCLs) on the facial\u002Flabial surfaces of premolars.\n* NCCLs of score 1-3 on the Smith and Knight tooth wear index.\n* Favorable occlusion and teeth are in normal contact.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* NCCLs on the lingual surface.\n* Medically compromised individuals.\n* Periodontally compromised teeth.\n* Bruxism and visible wear facets in the posterior dentition.\n* Fractured or visibly cracked premolars and canines.\n* Known allergies to resin-based restorative materials.\n* Presently undergoing orthodontic treatment.\n* Abutment teeth for fixed or removable prostheses.","18 Years",{"count":49,"type":22},68,"INTERVENTIONAL",[52],"NA","Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) wet bonding has shown promising results in several in vitro studies.
