Age ≥ 18y\n2. Ability to undergo imaging logistics\n3. Ability to provide informed consent\n4. Biochemical evidence of primary hyperparathyroidism\n5. Documented parathyroid adenoma on prior 18F-fluorocholine imaging\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Normocalcemic primary hyperparathyroidism\n2. Breastfeeding or pregnancy\n3. Claustrophobia or inability to undergo imaging logistics\n4.
