Eighty participants will be allocated to two parallel groups: scaling and root planing (SRP) with adjunctive diode laser therapy or SRP alone. Clinical periodontal parameters, blood biomarkers, radiographic findings, and subgingival microbiome profiles will be assessed at baseline and during follow-up.
