One group will receive sleep hygiene education through a 30-minute presentation and twice-daily reminder messages for four weeks. The other group will receive usual care without education.\n\nBefore and after the four-week period, all participants will complete questionnaires about their sleep habits, sleep quality, and disease management.\n\nThe study hopes to show that sleep hygiene education can improve participants' sleep and help them manage their disease symptoms better, leading to a better quality of life.\n\nThe trial will take place at Near East University Hospital's Cardiology Department from June to December 2025.",[26],"Cardiovascular Disease and Sleep Hygiene","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-08-22",{"date":30,"type":31},"2025-08-24","ACTUAL",{"date":33,"type":20},"2025-09-11",{"date":35,"type":20},"2025-12-30",{"name":37,"class":38},"Near East University, Turkey","OTHER",{"id":40,"slug":41,"hasResults":11,"nctId":42,"briefTitle":43,"officialTitle":44,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":45,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":46,"maxAge":47,"enrollmentInfo":48,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":50,"briefSummary":51,"conditions":52,"keywords":55,"overallStatus":27,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":59,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":60,"startDateStruct":62,"completionDateStruct":64,"leadSponsor":66,"locationsCount":67},"100559993","effect-of-pranic-healing-on-cardiorespiratory-indices-and-pain-during-venipuncture-in-children-100559993","NCT06571357","Effect of Pranic Healing on Cardiorespiratory Indices and Pain During Venipuncture in Children","The Effect of Pranic Healing Based on Rogers' Therapeutic Touch Nursing Theory on Cardiorespiratory Indices and Pain Related to Venipuncture in Children","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Children aged 6 to 12 years experiencing pain during venipuncture\n* Willingness of the child and family to cooperate and participate in the research\n* No specific mental disorder as reported by the parents\n* Not having taken acetaminophen or any other painkillers the night before\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Severe restlessness of the child\n* Lack of consent from the mother to continue participating in the study","6 Years","12 Years",{"count":49,"type":20},46,[23],"The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate whether Pranic healing, based on Rogers' therapeutic touch nursing theory, can reduce pain and improve cardiorespiratory indices during venipuncture in children. The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes Pranic healing reduce the pain experienced by children during venipuncture? How does Pranic healing affect cardiorespiratory indices, such as heart rate, respiratory rate, and arterial oxygen saturation, during and after venipuncture?\n\nResearchers will compare the effects of Pranic healing to routine care (without Pranic healing) to determine its effectiveness.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nReceive Pranic healing or routine care before, during, and after venipuncture Have their pain levels, heart rate, respiratory rate, and arterial oxygen saturation measured Be randomly assigned to either the intervention group (Pranic healing) or the control group (routine care) Have their pain and physiological responses monitored and recorded during the procedure",[53,54],"Pain, Acute","Therapeutic Touch",[56,57,54,58],"Phlebotomy","Pain Management","Nursing Theory","2024-08-24",{"date":61,"type":31},"2024-08-27",{"date":63,"type":20},"2024-10-01",{"date":65,"type":20},"2024-12-01",{"name":37,"class":38},1,""]
