Adults","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Men and women aged 60 to 85 years at the time of enrolment\n* Community-dwelling (living independently or with minimal assistance)\n* Able to walk independently (with or without a walking aid) and complete simple physical function tests (such as standing up from a chair and walking short distances)\n* Willing and able to attend two study visits at the research facility (baseline and end of study)\n* Willing and able to consume a protein drink containing whey protein (derived from milk) once daily for 30 days\n* Able to understand the study information and provide written informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Any known food allergy or intolerance to fava bean protein or milk protein\n* Diagnosed kidney disease or any medical condition where Whilst Exploring the Effects of a Dose Range on Blood Pressure Control and Vascular Function and Exercise Performance","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Willing to provide written and dated informed consent to participate in the study.\n* Willing and able to comply with the protocol.\n* Are not on any medication, or supplements which would impact the trial in the opinions of the investigator or
