Patients who received CytoSorb or Efferon LPS hemoadsorption therapy will be included.\n\nThe study will assess changes in vasopressor requirements, hemodynamic parameters, inflammatory biomarkers, liver function tests, tissue perfusion markers, and oxygenation following hemoadsorption treatment. Clinical outcomes, including intensive care unit length of stay, ICU mortality, and 28-day and 90-day mortality, will also be evaluated. Data will be collected retrospectively from anonymized medical records, and no study-related interventions will be performed.",[25,26],"Hemoadsorption","Vasopressor Therapy",[28,29,30,31,32,33,34],"hemoadsorption","CytoSorb","Efferon LPS","Vasoactive Inotropic Score","Vasopressor Dependency Index","Shock reversal time","Biomarkers","RECRUITING","2026-06-25",{"date":38,"type":39},"2026-07-01","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":39},"2020-01-01",{"date":43,"type":21},"2026-09-30",{"name":45,"class":46},"Pest County Flór Ferenc Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":49,"slug":50,"hasResults":11,"nctId":51,"briefTitle":52,"officialTitle":53,"acronym":54,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":56,"minAge":18,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":57,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":59,"phases":60,"briefSummary":62,"conditions":63,"keywords":67,"overallStatus":35,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":75,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":76,"startDateStruct":78,"completionDateStruct":80,"leadSponsor":82,"locationsCount":83},"100606051","eit-vs-dynamic-compliance-guided-peep-titration-during-laparoscopic-gynecological-surgery-100606051","NCT07170514","EIT vs Dynamic Compliance Guided PEEP Titration During Laparoscopic Gynecological Surgery","Electrical Impedance Tomography vs Dynamic Compliance Guided Positive End-expiratory Pressure Titration During Laparoscopic Gynecological Surgery: A Multi-center, Prospective Randomized Trial - TITRANT","TITRANT","Inclusion criteria:\n\n* Patient scheduled for elective laparoscopic gynaecological surgery\n* Age \\> 18 years\n* Signed consent to participate in the trial\n\nExclusion criteria:\n\n* Age \\\u003C 18 years\n* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status IV\n* History of severe restrictive or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD, Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease grades III or IV)\n* Uncontrolled bronchial asthma\n* Pulmonary metastases\n* History of any thoracic surgery\n* Need for thoracic drainage before surgery\n* Congestive heart failure (NYHA grades III or IV)\n* Extreme obesity (BMI\\>35 kg m-2)\n* Lack of patient's consent","FEMALE",{"count":58,"type":21},200,"INTERVENTIONAL",[61],"NA","The goal of this randomized controlled clinical trial is to compare the pulmonary protective effects of two different positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) titrating methods in patients with non-injured lungs undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery.\n\nDespite dynamic pulmonary compliance (Cdyn) guided lung protective ventilation has several proven advantages, the investigators hypothesize that optimizing intraoperative mechanical ventilation using electrical impedance tomography (EIT) may further improve patient outcomes, enhance postoperative recovery, shorten in-hospital stay and reduce healthcare related costs.\n\nThe main questions aim to answer are:\n\n* May EIT-guided PEEP titration reduce the mechanical power of ventilation and improve oxygenation more significantly than the Cdyn-guided method?\n* What effect might a decrease in mechanical power of ventilation have on postoperative pulmonary complications?\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Receive an EIT-guided or a Cdyn-guided PEEP titration procedure during laparoscopic gynecological surgery.\n* Be assessed for mechanical power of ventilation, oxygenation, atelectasis and postoperative pulmonary complications during and 2 days after surgery.\n* Be followed-up for mortality until the 28th postoperative day.",[64,65,66],"Mechanical Power","Postoperative Pulmonary Complications (PPCs)","Oxygenation",[68,69,70,71,72,73,74],"electrical impedance tomography","dynamic pulmonary compliance","positive end-expiratory pressure","mechanical power","pulmonary protective ventilation","Pao\u002FFiO2","postoperative pulmonary complications","2026-04-09",{"date":77,"type":39},"2026-04-14",{"date":79,"type":39},"2025-11-10",{"date":81,"type":21},"2027-10-30",{"name":45,"class":46},3,""]
