Otherwise, these measurements will be ordered at the first visit to confirm eligibility.\n* Blood pressure: Individuals whose blood pressure is under moderate control will be eligible - specifically, treated or untreated resting systolic\u002Fdiastolic pressure \\\u003C 160\u002F100 mmHg.\n* Lipid control: Individuals with fasting triglyceride concentration \\\u003C 600 mg are eligible.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* HbA1c \\>9%\n* Type 1 diabetes\n* Taking insulin\n* Pregnancy\n* Non-ambulant or severely incapacitated with any medical condition(s) reducing ability to stand or mobilize.\n* Currently participating in a study to reduce sedentary behaviour or increase physical activity\n* Language.
