Physically active (\\> 1,000 MET\u002Fmin\u002Fwk) for at least six months.\n2. Weight stable for previous 6 months (+\u002F-2.5 kg)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Stage 2 hypertension (SBP \\>\u002F= 140 and\u002For DBP \\>\u002F= 90 mmHg)\n2. BMI\\>40 kg\u002Fm2\n3. Diabetes\n4. Familial hypercholesterolemia\n5. Past or current history of CHD, stroke or major CVD events. Respiratory diseases (not including asthma), endocrine or metabolic, neurological, or hematological disorders that would compromise the study or the health of the subject.\n6. Participants must not be pregnant, plan to become pregnant during the study, or be nursing\n7. Active renal or liver disease\n8.
