Age 45-74 years old\n2. Korean female\n3. Never smoker defined as a lifetime exposure of less than 100 cigarettes\n4. Family history of lung cancer at first degree relatives (parents, siblings, or children)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Prior history of lung cancer.\n2. Diagnosis of any cancer within the past five years\n3. Participation in a cancer prevention trial.\n4. Present symptoms suggestive of current lung cancer, including: unexplained weight loss of over 5 kilograms within the last 12 months or unexplained hemoptysis.\n5. Medical or psychiatric condition precluding informed medical consent.\n6. History of LDCT screening, chest CT, PET or PET\u002FCT scan within 10 years",true,"FEMALE","45 Years","74 Years",{"count":21,"type":22},200,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[25],"NA","This is a single-arm prospective pilot study in a single institution.
