Participants must report their ability to independently make medical decisions and sign their medical paperwork, including consent to participate in the study.\n\nSetting: Participants must reside in a community setting, not in a long-term care facility or hospital.\n\nLanguage: Participants must report ability to speak, read and comprehend English fluently.\n\nExclusion Criteria: No additional exclusion criteria beyond those specified in the inclusion criteria.
